With a career spanning over 25 years, Terry Ledger is the driving force behind T-Squared Design Studio. A versatile designer, academic, and former municipal leader, Terry brings a rare blend of creative artistry and technical precision to every project. Her work is defined by a deep respect for the environment—whether it’s the rugged granite of Ontario’s cottage country or the sun-drenched vistas of the Coachella Valley.

Terry’s journey in design began with a passion for how spaces shape human experience. After establishing her roots in residential construction and management, she formalized her expertise with an advanced diploma in Interior Design from Georgian College, later earning a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on heritage and social history.

Terry’s work is backed by the industry’s most rigorous standards. Her multi-disciplinary approach is reflected in her extensive professional credentials, ensuring that every project—from a Muskoka boathouse to a Palm Springs commercial space—meets the highest benchmarks for safety, sustainability, and design excellence.
